The designs shown on this website and incorporated designs embodied thereon are the property of Tooke Architects, Inc., (DBA The Minimal House™). The use of these designs, in whole or in part, are restricted to a one-time use for the construction of one project per property. Publication and reproduction by any method, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the express written permission of Tooke Architects, Inc., (DBA The Minimal House™). Copyright and title to any drawings and designs remain with Tooke Architects, Inc., (DBA The Minimal House™). Visual contact with these designs, drawings, and specifications shall constitute prima facie evidence of the acceptance of these restrictions. These designs and drawings shall not be used without a contract with Tooke Architects, Inc., (DBA The Minimal House™) nor for construction until they are approved by the appropriate jurisdiction where the project is located.
